Izyan Zaharuddin

Izyan Zaharuddin is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at MON Co. since March 2024. Previously, Izyan held the position of Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager at L'Oréal from July 2023 to March 2024, focusing on hiring top talents for the leading BeautyTech company in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
