Christopher Edwards has a strong background in the healthcare field, with experience ranging from being a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Mon Marion Neighborhood Hospital to working as an ED Physician/Director and Chief Resident at various medical facilities. Christopher has held roles such as Medical Director at Schumacher Clinical Partners and Emergency Consultants (now ECI Healthcare), as well as working as an ED Physician at TeamHealth. Christopher began their career as an Intern at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital and went on to complete their residency at Southpointe Hospital. Christopher has also been involved in the Northeast Ohio Emergency Medicine Consortium.
Christopher Edwards completed their education in a chronological manner. Christopher first attended the University of the Cumberlands from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Following this, they pursued their medical studies at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine from 1999 to 2004, receiving a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with a focus on Medicine.
