Katie Davison

Katie Davison has a diverse background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Katie is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Mon Health, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at NASH UNC Health Care where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources from 2011 to 2020. In this role, they developed and executed HR strategies, reported to the President/CEO, and led a team responsible for HR, security, education, and food services.
