Meredith Rowan Snider is an experienced Compensation Analyst currently employed at Monongalia General Hospital since December 2001, with extensive expertise in HR projects including compensation analysis, pay structure design, policy development, and benefits management. Concurrently, Snider has also served as a Compensation Analyst at Mon Health since December 2001. Prior experience includes a role in Human Resources at Logan General Hospital from September 1997 to September 2001, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations and compliance, leading to a promotion to Director of HR, overseeing all aspects of the HR and Education Departments. Snider holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from West Virginia University, completed between 1993 and 1995, and graduated from University High School in 1989.
