Anil Tak is a seasoned compensation and analytics professional with extensive experience in financial planning, data management, and strategic compensation analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Expedia Group since November 2020, Anil has successfully aligned the company's compensation structure with market standards across 55 countries and conducted in-depth analyses to support strategic decisions.
