Raffaella Terango Booth is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and operations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Mon Health since August 2022, Raffaella oversees daily HR functions, including policy administration and employee onboarding. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at GR&W, INC., and Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed the development of recruitment programs and compliance with employment regulations. Raffaella’s background also includes positions as an HR Generalist at Bombardier Aerospace and Molecular OptoElectronics Corporation, as well as an Employment Specialist at Mon General Hospital, demonstrating a comprehensive grasp of HR practices. Raffaella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Fairmont State University and a Certificate in Healthcare Administration from West Virginia University.
