Alexia Careno

Alexia Careno has a diverse work experience in HR and culture roles spanning several companies. Alexia is currently the HR & Culture Director at Mon Petit Placement since January 2022. Prior to that, they founded and managed a vintage clothing online store called Sapés comme Lucette from January 2018. From April 2019 to August 2019, they worked as an HR & Culture Advisor at Onestpret. Alexia also has experience in HR and culture management at Airbnb from May 2013 to September 2018, where they were responsible for various tasks including recruitment, employee well-being, and managing projects. Before Airbnb, they worked as a Human Resources Officer at 1000mercis from February 2012 to February 2013. Alexia also has experience as a HR mission officer at Schindler Group from April 2011 to September 2011 and as a mission officer at Voyages d'Affaires from October 2009 to June 2010.

Alexia Careno received their Bachelor's degree in Private Law from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) in 2008. Alexia then pursued their Master's degree in Social Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, which they completed in 2009. Afterward, they furthered their education at Université Paris Nanterre and obtained a Master 2 degree in Human Resource Management, specializing in the analysis of work, organizations, and employment management by 2011.
