Alice Ferretti

Alice Ferretti has a diverse range of work experience. Alice is currently the Head of People and Culture - Global HR Director at C-Quest Capital. Previously, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC) from April 2020 to May 2021. Before that, they were a Human Resources Manager at Vidoori Inc. from July 2016 to May 2021. Alice also has experience in academia, serving as a TA/Capstone Advisor at Georgetown University from August 2016 to August 2017. Alice started their career as a Program Office Assistant at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business from June 2015 to May 2016 while still studying at Georgetown University, where they also worked as a Student from August 2014 to May 2016. Alice gained early experience as an HR Assistant (Intern) at the Atlantic Council from January 2015 to June 2015.

Alice Ferretti obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Behavioral and Interpersonal Relations Science from Università degli studi di Parma in the years 2005-2009. Alice then pursued a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Università degli Studi di Torino from 2009 to 2012. In 2014-2016, Alice attended Georgetown University where they earned a degree in Human Resources Management with a specialization in Strategic HR Management.

In terms of certifications, Alice obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM in January 2021. Alice also received the TOEFL certification in February 2014.
