David Queva

David Queva is the current Chief Operating Officer at Monaco Marine. David has also previously worked as the Head of Mechanical & Dynamic Propulsion at SAFRAN Herakles from April 2011 to April 2013 and as the SMARTEC General Director at SAFRAN Snecma from July 2015 to August 2018. In their role as the Head of Mechanical & Dynamic Propulsion, David was responsible for solid rocket motors and space launchers, service life expert, mechanical systems, dynamic analysis, thermal, viscoelastic fracture mechanics, moisture diffusion, and oxidation phenomena. David was also responsible for management, change management, crisis mgmt for major derogation, and innovation. As the SMARTEC General Director, David was responsible for company management, board and shareholders' meeting, financial statements, management and control, business intelligence and company strategy, market watch vs. business model new generation, quality road map definition, SSE road map definition, company risks management, trade compliance, legacy, and intercultural management.

David Queva is an engineer with a specialty in mechanical, aerotechniques, and thermal engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d'Aérotechnique. David also has a master's degree in finance, strategy, and leadership from Safran Corporate University.
