Pascal Gay-Varney has extensive experience in managerial roles, currently serving as the General Manager at Monaco Marine in Saint Tropez since September 2019. Prior to this, Pascal held the position of General Manager for Southern Europe at Nelsons from June 2013 to September 2019, overseeing sales, marketing, finance, and demand planning across multiple countries including France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Greece. Pascal significantly contributed to the development of sales and marketing strategies as the Managing Director for the export department at Neurelec/Oticon Medical from 2007 to 2013, successfully opening key markets and restoring profitability to several subsidiaries. Earlier in career, Pascal worked as an Export Sales Manager and Export Area Manager at LPG Systems from 2000 to 2007. Academic qualifications include a DESS in Marketing and International Commerce and a Maitrise in Economic Sciences from UFR Nice Sophia-Antipolis.
