Kathy Waters is an experienced non-profit leader with a strong background in development, fundraising, and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Monadnock Family Services since March 2021, Kathy has previously held significant roles including Director of Fundraising at Crotched Mountain Foundation, Senior Director of Alumni Relations at Marlboro College, and Program Director at Youth Services. Kathy has demonstrated expertise in overseeing various impactful programs, such as Court Diversion and mentoring initiatives for youth and young mothers. Additional roles include Regional Director for the Young Mothers Mentoring Program and Director of a school-based mentoring program for the Council on Drug and Alcohol Abuse. Kathy began a career in non-profit management as Volunteer and Special Events Director at Santa Barbara Rescue Mission and Executive Director of the Volunteer Bureau of Fresno County. Kathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from California State University, Northridge.
