Denise Figurski

Denise Figurski is an accomplished fundraising and development professional with extensive experience in donor relations and organizational stewardship. Serving as Director of Development and Director of Donor Relations at Turning Point from June 2022 to December 2023, Denise has previously held key positions such as Major Gifts Officer at Volunteers of America Michigan and Senior Administrator of Fundraising & Marketing at Neighborhood Service Organization (NSO). Denise's tenure at NSO also included roles as Director of Fund Development & Special Events and Special Events & Volunteer Manager. Early career highlights include positions such as Event Coordinator at the American Red Cross Southeastern Michigan Chapter and Development Director at Spaulding for Children, where Denise excelled in creating and implementing development, marketing, and volunteer programs. Denise holds an Associate of Applied Science in Marketing from Macomb Community College and has completed undergraduate coursework at Wayne State University.
