James also served as the Vice President and General Manager for Asia Middle East at Clopay Plastics Products Co, where they achieved global growth and positioned the company for acquisition.

Before that, they were the CEO of Pantex International, where they oversaw a significant increase in worldwide revenue and transformed the company into a multinational industry disruptor. James also held executive roles at Tredegar Corporation and EXXONMOBIL PETROLEUM & CHEMICAL, where they managed business innovation, marketing, and products.

James began their career at Procter & Gamble as a Section Head in Research Development. James has a proven track record of driving growth and strategic development within various industries.

James C. earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in 1984. James then pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Penn State World Campus, which they completed in 1986. Later, in 2004, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
