Blanca Guiral

Blanca Guiral is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in real estate law and property management. Currently serving as Directora Legal and Directora Adjunta at Monapart since June 2019, Blanca specializes in legal coordination, solvency analysis, and rental contracts. Prior experience includes acting as a Technical Lawyer at Grupo Expofincas, where legal counsel was provided to numerous delegations and franchises, and practicing as an Attorney in a multidisciplinary law firm, focusing on procedural law and contract negotiations. Additional roles include serving as an Attorney for real estate legal matters at FINQUES ALBALATE, as well as gaining foundational experience through an internship in urban management with Ajuntament de Barcelona. Educational credentials include a Law degree from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, along with multiple postgraduate qualifications in creditor restructuring, civil litigation, and real estate transactions.
