Eric Okamoto

Eric Okamoto has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction and real estate industry. Eric is currently working as the Vice President of Design & Construction at Monarch Alternative Capital LP since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as Vice President at JLL from August 2015 to March 2022.

Eric also worked as the Director of Operations at Hare Construction from July 2013 to August 2015, where they oversaw project estimating, construction personnel, and executed company policies. Eric was responsible for preparing annual budgets, delivering progress reports, and managing project processes.

Before that, Eric served as a Global Portfolio Administrator at Oracle from February 2013 to July 2013. Eric managed Oracle's commercial contracts, interpreted leases, oversaw operating expenses, and conducted audits for compliance.

Earlier in their career, Eric served as the Vice President of Development & Construction at The Continental Group from December 2006 to May 2010. During this time, they conducted underwriting, acted as a construction manager, and identified potential acquisitions.

Eric began their career as a Research Analyst at Capitol Mall Properties, Inc. in 2003.
