Josh Joseph

Josh Joseph has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Josh currently holds the position of VP, Strategy and Growth at Monarch Collective, a position they started in September 2022. Before that, they co-founded Colossus in January 2021 and worked there until August 2022.

Prior to their entrepreneurial venture, Josh worked at Groupon, where they held several roles including Global Head of Business Operations from March 2020 to January 2021. Josh also served as Director of Product Management and Director of Product Operations in different capacities.

Before their time at Groupon, they worked at Avant as a Manager of Business Development and as a Senior Associate in Financial Planning & Analysis. Josh started their career at Wells Fargo Securities in Investment Banking and also gained experience in Valuation Services at Andersen.
