Karen Sy-Laughner

Karen Sy-Laughner currently serves as the Sr. VP of Growth and Strategy at REMA TIP TOP North America Inc., a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Karen spent 18 years at LORD Corporation, a part of Parker Hannifin, where responsibilities included managing global sales and marketing for Elastomer to Substrate Adhesives. Karen's experience also encompasses positions such as Sr. Global Market Manager and roles in business development at ECI Telecom, as well as technical project management at Raychem Corporation. Academically, Karen holds a Master of Science in Polymer Science and Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Chinese from Wellesley College.
