Peter D. McCarthy

Peter D. McCarthy currently serves as General Counsel at Monarch Communities® since March 2023. Prior to this position, Peter held various roles including Partner and Of Counsel at Sherin and Lodgen LLP from May 2020 to March 2023, and Assistant Attorney General at the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office from June 2018 to May 2020. Peter's experience in law also includes working as an Attorney at Mintz Levin from September 2007 to June 2018, a Producer at MSNBC between February 2003 and August 2004, and an Account Manager at Akamai Technologies from 2000 to 2002. Peter holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School, obtained in 2007, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy from Boston College, earned in 1998.
