Mark J. Ladd

Mark J. Ladd is an accomplished leader in investment and asset management, currently serving as Principal at Monarch Equities, focusing on flex industrial assets in the U.S. and as Managing Partner at Ladditude Ventures, where innovative technologies and business models are identified and supported. As Chief Executive Officer of Malex Enterprises, Ladd specializes in private equity and late-stage tech venture capital, prioritizing disruption and innovation. Additional roles include Limited Partner positions at Custodia Bank™, MANTIS Venture Capital, and mHUB, as well as a seat on the Board of Directors for Artory. Ladd's previous experience includes a venture partnership at New Stack Ventures and founding the interactive AR gaming platform LyteShot. A graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with degrees in Strategic Technology Management and English Literature, Ladd also studied architecture at the University of Illinois Chicago and participated in a study abroad program at the University of Oxford.
