Phillip Loya is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in personal lines and client relations. Currently serving as a Personal Lines Renewal Specialist at Monarch E & S Insurance Services since August 2023, Phillip previously worked as an Insurance Agent at Brown & Brown Insurance from August 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included reviewing and updating policies and engaging with clients on coverage and pricing. Prior to that, Phillip garnered significant experience at the Automobile Club of Southern California from April 2000 to August 2021, planning and endorsing various services and personal insurance products. Phillip also held a managerial position at Staples from March 1998 to April 2000, overseeing the Electronic Sales Department. Phillip holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from East Los Angeles College, completed between 1997 and 2000.
