Heather Brekke

Heather Brekke has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Heather began their career as a School Social Work Intern at Lapham Elementary in 2000. Heather then worked as a Special Needs Adoption Social Worker at Children's Service Society of Wisconsin from 2002 to 2006. After that, they joined HospiceCare, Inc as a Social Worker from 2006 to 2009. Heather then worked at the Minnesota River Area Agency on Aging as a Community Living Specialist from 2009 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Director of Social Services at The Thro Company. Heather joined Monarch Healthcare Management in 2015, initially working as an Executive Director of Social Services/Admissions from 2015 to 2016. Heather then became the Vice President of Business Development at Monarch Healthcare Management from 2016 to 2018. Since 2018, they have held various leadership roles within the company, including Vice President of Brand and Talent Development and currently, Vice President of Social Services & Behavioral Health.
