Katie Collins

Katie Collins has extensive work experience in healthcare administration. Katie started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Essentia Health St. Mary's-Detroit Lakes in 2005 before moving on to become the Director of Human Resources at Essentia Health-Ada in 2008. In the same year, they joined Benedictine Health System as an Administrator/CEO, a position they held until 2015. Katie then worked as an Administrator at St. Francis Health Services from 2015 to 2019. Currently, they serve as the Regional Director of Operations at Monarch Healthcare Management, a role they have held since 2019.

Katie Collins obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration from Minnesota State University - Moorhead, completing their studies from 2001 to 2005.
