Kristen Hermanson

Kristen Hermanson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of compensation and benefits management. Kristen started their career in 2003 as a Human Resources Coordinator at The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society, where they worked until 2007. Following this, they joined Monarch Healthcare Management in 2007 and held various roles within the organization. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Benefits Director/ Payroll Support Specialist. Kristen then served as the Payroll/Benefits Director from 2010 to 2016. In 2016, they were promoted to the position of Director of Compensation & Benefits, a role which they currently hold.

Kristen Hermanson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2003.
