Seth Claymon

Seth Claymon is a finance and real estate professional with a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University Bloomington, graduated in 2023. Currently serving as a Multifamily Analyst at Monarch Investment and Management Group since May 2023, Seth previously held the position of Property Management Intern at Greystar, where assistance was provided in budgeting and accounting for a large apartment complex. As Vice President of Delta Upsilon International Fraternity, Seth led a chapter of over 160 members, overseeing finance, recruitment, and risk management. Seth co-founded Bennan and Seth Landscaping and Handyman, specializing in power washing, and held roles at Junk Genius, where a marketing campaign enhanced online presence. Experience as Field Supervisor for the Denver Lacrosse Club involved coaching and managing youth sports, while founding 720 Website Design Studios highlighted entrepreneurial skills in web design and management.
