Lore Lavelle

Lore Lavelle has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Lore currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Monarch Landscape Companies, where they focus on creating a positive work environment for landscape professionals. Prior to this, Lore worked as a Human Resources Manager, Talent Acquisition at Stars Behavioral Health Group, where they collaborated with individuals, families, and county partners to bring about positive change. Lore also held the role of Human Resource Manager, Talent Acquisition at Efficacy Resources Consulting, where they supervised and trained staff, conducted recruitment processes, and handled compensation evaluations. Lore briefly worked as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Finance & Accounting, specializing in direct hire placements for accounting and finance roles. Additionally, Lore has previous experience as a Bookkeeper at the Law Offices of Weinstein, Boldt, Halfhide & Camel PC.

Lore Lavelle obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the College of Business Administration & Public Policy at CSU Dominguez Hills. This educational journey took place from 2012 to 2016.
