Carol Tillson has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, serving as a Senior Loan Officer at Monarch Bank since September 2011 and previously at First Home Mortgage from 2009 to 2011, as well as at Mason Dixon Funding from September 1999 to March 2009. In addition to a robust career in lending, Carol Tillson has been with Retired Life since 2014. Carol Tillson holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development & Human Resources from The Johns Hopkins University, earned between 1999 and 2002.
