Glen Roeters

Glen Roeters is the current Vice President of Operations at Monarch Tractor. Glen has also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Angel Tree Products and the Vice President of Manufacturing at Romeo Power.

Glen has a wealth of experience in manufacturing and operations, and has been instrumental in taking new product designs from R&D and Pilot Production into Full Rate Production. Glen has also been key in developing a custom MES solution and capacity planning tool to help all departments manage resources and Cap-X to current demand signals and forecasts.

Under Glen's leadership, Angel Tree Products was founded by a team of manufacturing experts to produce some of the World’s highest quality disinfectant and cleaning wipes. The company is FDA approved with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol to best defend against surface bacteria, and the wipes are made of high-grade material for durability and strength.

At Romeo Power, Glen cultivated a solid and dynamic production team through training, mentorship, and strategic hiring. Glen was also responsible for all technical development of policies and procedures in the Production/Manufacturing, Facilities, and EH&S departments. In addition, they were instrumental in taking new product designs from R&D and Pilot Production into Full Rate Production.

Glen Roeters has a degree in engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a degree in photovoltaics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Glen also has certification from JAS Enterprise, Inc in ISO 9001-2015.

Glen Roeters works with Jin-Won Kim - VP of Supply Chain, Moussa Zeid - Senior Director of Corporate Development & Strategy, and Luc De Gaspe Beaubien - Global Head of Sales & Compliance. Their manager is Praveen Penmetsa, CEO.
