Cynthia Vancamp

Cynthia Vancamp has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. From 2008 to the present, they have served as a Program Director at Monarch, overseeing the clinical supervision of staff and ensuring adherence to guidelines for mental health and developmental disability services. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2008, they worked at Piedmont Behavioral Healthcare, where they were involved in quality management, monitoring complaints and incidents, and training agency staff. Cynthia also served as a Case Management Supervisor, providing leadership, training, and care coordination for case managers with various caseloads.

Cynthia Vancamp earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Appalachian State University, studying from 1977 to 1980.
