Care Manager Director IDD at Monarch

Elijah Sharpless has a diverse work experience in the field of care management and program administration. Starting in 2006, they worked for Monarch, managing the operation of three DDA homes and ensuring the best quality of life for residents. At Community Alternatives, Inc., they served as an Operations Manager, responsible for managing operations and maintaining existing business. Elijah then joined Alberta Professional Services as a QP, coordinating and monitoring service delivery for the Alternative Family Living Program. Elijah later joined RHA Howell Care Center as a QP, responsible for consumer ISP and participating in investigations. As a Program Director at RHA Health Services, LLC, they provided leadership for various departments and managed IDD program operations. Elijah oversaw the Arches Facility as a Facility Administrator/QIDP/Respite Coordinator at Horizons Residential Care Center. Currently, Elijah is working as a Care Manager Director IDD at Monarch.

Elijah Sharpless began their education at Dixon High School from 1980 to 1984, where they focused on the field of Health and Physical Education/Fitness. Following this, they attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1984 to 1986, pursuing General Study. Elijah then transferred to Catawba College, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Physical Education and Health from 1987 to 1989.
