Kaitlyn Hill

Kaitlyn Hill serves as the Vice President of Compensation & Workforce Strategy at Monarch, overseeing the design and implementation of compensation programs while ensuring legal compliance and internal equity. Previously, Kaitlyn held the role of Payroll Operations Director at Top2Bottom Business Solutions, where responsibilities included managing payroll personnel and processes, ensuring tax compliance, and enhancing operational policies. Earlier experience includes positions as Finance & Accounting Manager at Burn Boot Camp, where significant financial reporting and payroll processing were managed, and as Senior Accounting & Human Resources Operations Manager at A&P Services, LLC, where Kaitlyn streamlined business processes and improved employee retention rates. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from East Carolina University and an Associate of Arts in Occupational Psychology from Central Piedmont Community College.
