Britni Eaton has a diverse range of work experience in the mental health field. Britni started their career as a Student Volunteer at Wake Forest Baptist Health in 2010, where they provided support to cancer patients and their families. Britni then worked as a volunteer intern at Destiny House, assisting and leading therapy classes for patients with mental illnesses.

In 2012, Britni became a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselor at Key Point Health Services, Inc., where they assessed and provided treatment planning, case management, and crisis intervention for chronically mentally ill adults. Britni also taught group classes for recovery and social skills.

From 2013 to 2014, Britni interned at both GIFT Psychological Services and Hope Health Systems, Inc. At GIFT Psychological Services, they conducted intakes, administered assessments, and wrote assessment reports. At Hope Health Systems, Inc., they observed and conducted therapy sessions with adolescents and parents battling substance abuse.

In 2015, Britni worked as an income maintenance caseworker II on a temporary contract at the Department of Social Services. Later that year, they became an ACTT Therapist at Monarch, where they provided therapy to clients with severe persistent mental illness.

Britni then advanced to become an ACT Team Leader at Monarch from 2016 to 2018, guiding and evaluating their assigned team to ensure quality services. Britni then became the Director of Operations- Enhanced Services (ACTT/CST) at Monarch in 2018, responsible for supervising and coordinating the administrative and clinical activities of Assertive Community Treatment and Community support team services.

In 2021, Britni was promoted to Vice President of Clinical Services at Monarch before taking on the role of Vice President of Medical Services in 2022, where they currently serve.

Britni Eaton, LCMHC-S, LCAS, CSI received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from High Point University, which they attended from 2008 to 2011. Later, they pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Maryland, completing their studies in 2014.

Additionally, Britni Eaton has obtained certifications in the field. Britni is a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) from Ncsappb and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor from the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of North Carolina (LPCANC).
