David J. Anderson

David J. Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. David J. began their career at KPMG, where they worked as a Manager from 1985 to 1991. David J. then moved on to Ansett Transport Industries, where they served as a Management Accountant from 1991 to 1993.

In 1993, Anderson joined Telstra and held various roles within the company. David J. served as the Chief Accountant, responsible for financial statements, accounting policies, and audit committee reporting, from 2006 to 2012. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager of Investor Relations and the Manager of Statutory Accounting, gaining expertise in financial market communications and IPOs.

Anderson also worked at Asha Global Development Organization Limited as a Director, contributing to the support of women and children in developing countries. Additionally, they held the position of Independent Finance Director (Board) at United Housing Co-Operative, overseeing the management of affordable rental housing properties.

Furthermore, Anderson served as the Principal of Lever Advisory, providing strategic and financial services to small-to-medium enterprises. David J. offered advice on corporate governance, operational efficiency reviews, and equity market engagements.

Currently, Anderson is employed at Monash Health as the Director of Financial Operations and the Director of Performance and Reporting. In these roles, they are responsible for financial planning and analysis, budget preparation, and performance improvement initiatives to ensure the organization's financial objectives are met.

Throughout their career, Anderson has consistently demonstrated their expertise in finance, accounting, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.

David J. Anderson completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2013. David J. also holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Accountancy from RMIT University. Prior to that, they obtained a Higher School Certificate from Mt Waverley High School.
