Fiona Reynolds

Fiona Reynolds is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Monash Health since January 2016, Fiona leads a team of Recruitment Specialists dedicated to hiring skilled nurses and midwives. Previous roles include Manager of People and Culture at Foresite Training, where Fiona managed the entire employee lifecycle, and Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager at Campbell Page, where Fiona successfully implemented best practices in recruitment. Fiona has also held positions at ManpowerGroup, Acumen Human Capital, IPA, and Chandler Macleod Group, contributing to various aspects of recruitment, talent management, and strategic HR initiatives. Fiona holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from the University of Melbourne.
