Kim Rogers

Kim Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning over several healthcare organizations. Kim is currently the Director of Clinical Operations for Cancer Services at Monash Health since March 2021. Previously, they worked as the Hospital Supervisor at Sandringham Hospital in Alfred Health from September 2010 to April 2021. Before that, they had various roles at Cabrini Health, including Nurse Unit Manager and Quality and Innovation Manager, and Nurse Unit Manager for Med/Onc from April 2018 to February 2021. Kim also served as a Nurse Unit Manager for the Emergency Department at Peninsula Health from April 2017 to April 2018. Kim Rogers has also worked as a Hospital Supervisor at Linacre Private Hospital in Ramsay Health Care from September 2012 to April 2017 and as an Assistant Nurse Unit Manager for the Cardiac Unit at Jessie McPherson Private Hospital from January 2009 to September 2012. In addition, they have experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at AstraZeneca from February 2006 to December 2009. Kim started their career at The Royal Melbourne Hospital & NorthWestern Mental Health, where they served as an Assistant Nurse Unit Manager for the Coronary Care Unit from January 1996 to September 2006.

Kim Rogers has a diverse education history. In 1991-1993, they obtained a Bachelor of Health Science in Nursing from Victoria University. Kim continued their education in 1997-1998, earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Critical Care Nursing from the University of Melbourne. In 1999, they completed a Certificate in Nursing Education at La Trobe University. In 2006-2008, they pursued a Certificate in Medicines Australia from QUT (Queensland University of Technology). Most recently, in 2019, they attended Harvard Business School for a Leadership Development program in Business. Currently, Kim Rogers is enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Monash University, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
