Michelle Lane

Michelle Lane has extensive work experience in the field of reproductive science and innovation. Michelle served as a Visiting Professor at the University of Adelaide starting in 2019. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Director of Science and Innovation at Monash IVF Group, where they also held the position of Regional Manager from 2016 to 2018. Michelle was also an Operations Consultant at Turner Sports Pty Ltd in 2016. Michelle has vast experience in leadership and board roles, including being a Board Member at Adelaide Fertility Centre Pty Ltd from 2006 to 2018 and at Cavani Pty Ltd from 2006 to 2010. Michelle has held academic positions at the University of Adelaide, serving as a Professor from 2003 to 2017. Michelle has also held key positions at Monash IVF Group and Repromed as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Scientific Officer, and Scientific Director. Michelle Lane has a Bachelor's Degree in BSc from the University of Melbourne, which they obtained from 1988 to 1990. Michelle then pursued an Honours program at Monash University in the Department of Anatomy for the year 1991. From 1993 to 1996, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in the Faculty of Medicine at Monash University.
