Sloane Karlson has extensive experience in project management and finance within the healthcare and corporate sectors. Currently serving as General Manager of Projects at Monash IVF Group since November 2016, Sloane has held various roles such as Project Leader and Manager for Finance and Payroll Improvement Projects. Prior to this, Sloane took a maternity career break and worked as a Business Analyst Contract at AMP. Additional experience includes HR and special projects management at Marchment Hill Consulting, and various roles at AXA Australia, including HR System Analyst, Finance Business Partner, and HR & Finance Project Manager. Sloane holds a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Economics and Finance from RMIT University.
