Thomas Cheah

Thomas Cheah has extensive experience in technology and business transformation, currently serving as Principal CTO-for-hire at Procto since 1993, where the focus is on aiding SMEs and startups through digital transformation. Thomas holds an adjunct senior lecturer position at Monash University Malaysia, contributing expertise in digital transformation and strategic technology. Previous roles include Lean Startup Coach at Innoleaps, Managing Director at Yushan Ventures, Community Engagement Manager at SWELL Innovation Inc., and Chief Technology Officer at Objective World Sdn Bhd. Thomas also founded Bad Nose Entertainment and held positions as a researcher at Multimedia University and a visiting researcher at IBM Research Lab. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Information Technology in Software Engineering from Multimedia University and studies in Computer Science at the University of Alberta.
