Joselyne García Montesdeoca

Joselyne García Montesdeoca has held various roles in the business and legal sectors. In 2015, they worked as a Junior Research Analyst at PODINPO, where they monitored legislative and regulatory draft laws in the National Assembly of Ecuador. Joselyne also analyzed data and used a Web Based Political Information System. In 2017, they joined ONTINI S.A. - Persona Representación as a Research Analyst, where they managed clients' crises and crafted strategies to tackle emerging, current and potential scenarios. In 2021, Joselyne joined SUSCRIBO as an Operations Manager. In this role, they created smart contracts signed electronically to help set reminders and tasks of integration for their clients. Finally, in 2022, they began working at Monax as a Business Development/Customer Success Associate.

Joselyne García Montesdeoca obtained a Bachelor degree in Political Science and International relations from Universidad Casa Grande in 2016. Joselyne then went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree from Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja in 2019. Additionally, Joselyne has obtained several certifications, including a Law & Digital Business certification from Universidad de Salamanca in 2022, a Law and New Technologies Conference certification from El Instituto in 2021, a CS50 for Lawyers certification from HarvardX in 2021, a Harvard Negotiation Project certification from Instituto Europeo de Posgrado - IEP in 2020, a Legal Argumentation Seminar certification from Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja in 2017, and a Human Rights and Peacekeeping certification from Fundación Internacional de Jóvenes Líderes in 2012.
