Jorge Soto Carricas

Jorge Soto Carricas is an experienced professional in production management and plant operations, currently serving as Jefe de Planta at GRUPO MONBAKE since November 2018, where responsibilities include annual budget planning and investment projects. Previously, at Berlys Corporación from February 2002 to November 2018, Jorge held the position of Jefe de Producción, overseeing production coordination, quality assurance, process improvements, and personnel management. Earlier roles included Jefe de Fabricación and Responsable de turno at Unfasa, and Jorge began the career as Técnico de Calidad y Producción. Jorge holds a degree in Ingeniero Técnico Agrícola, Industrias Agroalimentarias from Universidad Pública de Navarra and a Master’s in prevention of occupational risks.
