Adrian Ward Rees is an experienced business leader with a strong background in merchandising and commercial strategy within the luxury and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Business Officer at Moncler since October 2024, Adrian has held multiple key positions, including Chief Executive Officer at AMIRI (June 2023 - September 2024), Senior Vice President at Burberry (July 2020 - June 2023), and SVP/MD Dior Homme at Christian Dior Couture (April 2016 - July 2020). With additional experience as Global Head of Swim and Apparel at Speedo International Ltd and Senior Merchandising Manager at Nike EMEA, Adrian has consistently demonstrated expertise in driving business growth and strengthening brand presence. Adrian holds a BSc Hons in Retail from the University of Surrey, earned between 1989 and 1991.
