Alberto Tripodi is a seasoned retail executive with extensive experience in luxury brands. Currently serving as Chief Retail Officer at Moncler since November 2020, Alberto oversees various departments including Retail Merchandising, Operations, and Client Service. Previously, Alberto held multiple leadership roles at Gucci from December 2013 to November 2020, culminating in the position of Global Director Omnichannel Client & Performance. Alberto was instrumental in launching Gucci's first Retail Excellence Program and led numerous strategic initiatives at a global level. Alberto's foundational experience includes a consulting role at Ermenegildo Zegna Group and a four-year tenure at Roland Berger as a Strategy Consultant. Alberto holds an MBA from both Columbia Business School and London Business School, as well as a degree in International Management from Università Bocconi.
