Richard A. has extensive work experience in product management and leadership roles. Richard is currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at Mondaq since February 2021. Prior to this, Richard worked at Annalect as the Head of Product, EMEA from April 2019 to February 2021. In this role, they managed the EMEA Product Management Team and represented the Omni product to local markets. Before Annalect, Richard held multiple roles at Thomson Reuters, including Head of Product, Regulatory Intelligence from June 2016 to March 2019. Richard was responsible for managing a $70m product suite and leading a global product team. Richard also served as the Head of Financial Services Proposition, Regulatory Intelligence and Head of Client Delivery, CRR at Thomson Reuters. Prior to their tenure at Thomson Reuters, Richard gained experience at East Sussex County Council as a Business Services Coordinator and Administrative Assistant.
Richard A. holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Cranfield School of Management, which they obtained in 2011. Prior to that, they attended Aston University from 2002 to 2005, earning a 2.1 (hons) in Business and Politics. In addition to their academic qualifications, Richard has obtained certifications, including a Google Analytics Certification from Google in 2023 and a CISI Level 3 Award in Global Financial Compliance from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) in 2018.
