Catharine Cooper

Catharine Cooper is an experienced professional in community engagement and non-profit management, currently serving as Program Manager for Global Community Engagement at United Airlines since April 2024. Catharine is the Founder of Beyond Their Vision and a Chapter Co-Lead for The Latinista, both established in January 2023. Additionally, Catharine holds the position of Vice President of Membership on the Board of the United Women in Business Foundation and serves as a Chicago Ambassador for Monday Girl since January 2024. In involvement with ForbesBLK since September 2023, Catharine is part of a community dedicated to fostering equitable economies. Previous roles include Manager of Corporate & Community Engagement at iMentor, Program Coordinator and Youth Program Facilitator at Girls Inc. of San Diego County, and Development Intern at CAMFED. Catharine's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Diego State University and a Master’s degree in Non-Profit Management from the University of Central Florida, complemented by a minor in Leadership from San Diego State University.
