Prior to this, Rachel held various positions at Uber from August 2016 to August 2023, including Senior City Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing strategy and operations across eight cities in Western Canada and managing a team to enhance marketplace reliability. Rachel's foundational experience began at Uber Eats Canada, launching the service and generating substantial revenue.
