Alexandra Young

Alex leads the strategy, development and execution of all corporate marketing and public relations initiatives. She also advises on all property marketing and branding initiatives across the firm’s 4.5 million square foot office and multifamily portfolios.

Prior to joining Monday Properties, Alex was the Marketing Manager for Cushman & Wakefield, managing the marketing for the entirety of the Northern Virginia and Suburban Maryland portfolios. She has over 12 years of experience in various aspects of marketing strategy, public relations, brand positioning, event planning, leasing and management of commercial offices and new developments.

Alex earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona. She is a member of Northern Virginia’s chapter of Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW) and Commercial Real Estate Marketing (CREM). She is also the recipient of two industry awards for her contributions in successful marketing efforts: Most Creative Marketing (CREW 2017) and Project Marketing Award of Excellence (NAIOP 2017)
