Shahin leads all phases of the development process, from initial underwriting and programming to entitlements, design, construction, lease-up, and disposition for the company’s development pipeline.

Since joining Monday Properties in 2019, Shahin has been an integral part of the team’s multifamily strategy to expand across the east coast.

Shahin managed the development, delivery, and subsequent sale of two, Class A, multifamily properties in Charleston, South Carolina –marking the firm’s notable entry into the southeast market. Most recently, Shahin directed the development and delivery of the Blake, a Class A 300-unitmultifamily apartment complex, in Alexandria, VA, where he played a critical role in discovering a market need for housing that demanded cutting-edge amenities to support hybrid lifestyles.
