Managing Partner at Monday Properties

Anthony established Monday Properties in 2004 when he acquired 100 percent ownership of Max Capital Management Corp. and its 4-million-square-foot office portfolio. Under Anthony’s leadership, Monday Properties has completed over 60 property transactions representing $14 billion in capital value and 28 million square feet and has leased over 10 million square feet of office space.

Prior to establishing Monday Properties, Anthony served as a 50 percent partner and president of Max Capital, overseeing all asset management, property management, construction management, leasing and development. He was previously a partner in Westfield Realty, Inc., one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate ownership firms. During this period, he was responsible for the firm’s development, management and construction initiatives, and ultimately managed the company’s operations, overseeing approximately 4.5 million square feet of office space in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. While at Westfield, Anthony formed a joint venture with Eakin/Youngentob Associates, a leading Washington, D.C. homebuilder, which has since developed more than 6,000 homes in 25 townhouse and condominium communities in partnership with Westfield.

Anthony is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and has completed the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School. In addition, Mr. Westreich is actively involved in many charitable causes such as WIZO, AIPAC, and FIDF and many others. He serves on the board of the New York Renaissance Basketball Association and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Building Owners and Managers Association.
