Boaz Arad

Boaz Arad has extensive experience in customer success and management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at monday.com since February 2020, where multiple leadership roles have been held, including Customer Success Team Manager and Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, Boaz held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager and Consultant at WalkMe™ from February 2018 to January 2020. Boaz's career also includes significant roles at Hilan from February 2009 to February 2018 as a Product Manager/System Analyst and Senior Implementation and Customer Success Manager, as well as experience as an HR-IT Administrator at IBM from July 2007 to February 2009. Educational qualifications include an M.A. in Organization Development and Consulting from the College of Management (2006-2007) and a B.A. in Philosophy and Criminology from Bar-Ilan University (2002-2005).
