Prior to this, Gal held various leadership roles at Servotronix Motion Control from 2000 to March 2020, including Vice President of Supply Chain, where responsibilities encompassed managing a team of 70 and overseeing operational transfers and process optimization. Additional roles included Director of Global Operations and Administration Manager, focusing on logistics, inventory management, and cross-organizational coordination. Gal's educational background includes studies at Ruppin Academic Center and specialized training in product development and lean methodologies from Danaher Business Systems.
