Leanni Gabai

Leanni Gabai is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in leading teams and driving revenue growth. Currently serving as the Senior Regional Sales Manager for Nordics & Benelux at monday.com since April 2016, Leanni has successfully implemented a strategic sales plan that resulted in a 30% year-over-year increase in new business Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and managed a team of six Account Executives and Account Managers. Previously, Leanni played a pivotal role in establishing the first sales team at monday.com, leading a team of 10 across EMEA and the US, and served as a Customer Success Manager. Earlier experience includes a Sales Team Lead position at Main Street Hub, managing sales representatives and exceeding sales targets while promoting to Junior Team Lead. Leanni holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Binghamton University.
